Yi is the driving force behind Valuable Insight, bringing a wealth of experience from a career deeply embedded in Value-Based Care and business intelligence.

With over eight years at ChenMed, Yi began as an internal consultant focused on medical economics, where he quickly identified critical gaps in the company's BI reporting. Taking initiative, he transitioned into building and optimizing BI reports, which led to the discovery of underlying data structure issues. Not one to shy away from challenges, Yi moved into data management, addressing these structural problems and ultimately rising to the role of Senior Director, where he led the Enterprise Reporting and Analytics Development team.

His hands-on experience spans every aspect of analytic support, from identifying business needs to developing and managing comprehensive analytics solutions. This unique journey has given him an unparalleled understanding of the entire business operations within Value-Based Care.

Yi’s ability to navigate and innovate across multiple domains within healthcare analytics makes him an exceptional leader and a cornerstone of Valuable Insight's mission to deliver end-to-end solutions. Head of Product, Client Analytics Solution

Huimin Huang, MBA

Huimin [hoi-min] brings a unique blend of clinical and analytical expertise to her role as Head of Product, Client Analytics Solution at Valuable Insight. With a background as a practicing dentist in China, she possess a deep understanding of healthcare from both the provider and patient perspectives, which laid the foundation for her transition into healthcare analytics.

At ChenMed, Huimin started as a Clinical Strategy and Efficiency Analyst, leveraging her clinical experience to identify critical operational issues and develop data-driven solutions. Her deep understanding of both the clinical and analytical aspects of healthcare allowed her to rapidly advance within the organization and became the Director of Clinical Strategy and Efficiency. In her role as Director, Huimin managed and supported the clinical operations for markets, providing strategic guidance to market leaders and presidents. She played a pivotal role in overseeing the operational efficiency of over 100 clinics across the enterprise, driving improvements that significantly enhanced patient care and organizational performance.

Following this, she switched her gear into Product Management to explore how to provide analytics in a scalable way. She joined other leading organizations, specializing in Value-Based Care Analytics for some of the largest healthcare entities, including CMS, CMMI, and major insurance providers.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Huimin founded an online Healthcare Analytics Training Institute, demonstrating her commitment to fostering the next generation of healthcare analytics professionals.

Her comprehensive experience, spanning both clinical and analytical domains, ensures that Valuable Insight delivers tailored, effective strategies to meet the complex needs of Value-Based Care organizations.
